We are searching for a Power Platform Developer experienced with Dynamics 365 CRM. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, and extending the Dynamics 365 Contact Centre solution through Dataverse customization and Power Platform components to meet functional and integration requirements.This is a contract role only. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, views, and business rules.
- Develop Power Automate flows for case routing, notifications, escalations, and integrations.
- Build Power Apps (model-driven and / or canvas) where required to support agent, supervisor, or administrative use cases.
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, validation, and rehearsal migrations.
- Implement security roles, field-level security, and environment-specific configurations.
- Assist with reporting and dashboards, including Power BI integration.
- Support unit testing, defect remediation, and UAT cycles.
- Provide post-go-live support during hypercare and steady-state operations.
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse and Power Platform.Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Contact Centre implementations.Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST, webhooks).Public-sector or regulated-environment experience preferred.
