Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
Title : Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk
Location : York Region, ON
Length of Assignment : Temporary - Hybrid
Salary : $ / hr
Job Responsibilities :
- Statement vendor account reconciliation
- Data entry
- Processing expense batches
- Wire payments
- Processing of inventory invoices, including matching, verification of information, - high vollume
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Account reconciliations
- Vendor inquiries
Qualifications :
- years’ experience in Accounts Payable / experience in a similar role in high volume environment
- Experience in handling wire payments
- Handling high volume queries
- Statement vendor account reconciliation
- Flexible, multi-tasking & adaptable to changes in tasks
- Must be able to learn quickly, self-starter attitude
- Bilingual French- English
- SAP and Coupa nice to have, ERP systems
