What You’ll Do

As an Intermediate / Senior Cost Controller, you will be responsible for the accurate monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of project costs across all phases of engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) projects. You will work closely with project managers, planners, procurement specialists, and finance teams to ensure project cost performance aligns with budgets, contractual obligations, and corporate standards. Your role is critical in supporting cost transparency and enabling proactive financial decision-making on complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Cost Management & Control

• Develop and maintain detailed project cost control systems, including cost breakdown structures, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets, track commitments, and report on variances, trends, and cost drivers.
• Manage and track changes to the project scope, ensuring all cost impacts are assessed and integrated into forecasts.
