We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Brampton, ON Previous work experience in an administrative role within the Transportation / Logistics industry is required Shift : 5 : 00pm-1 : 30am Monday-Friday Pay : $21.00 / hour Responsibilities Include : - Customer service (phone / email) - Verifying documents - Billing - Photocopying / scanning / faxing - Scheduling appointments - Other duties as required Qualifications : - Post-secondary education or combination or education and work experience - Previous administrative experience within the Transportation industry - Microsoft Office experience - Excellent communication skills - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Able to work independently - High attention to detail - Ability to multi-task - Experience with AS400 is an asset Apply today!
