Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level architecture solutions that drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. This role is critical to modernizing legacy systems, enabling seamless data integration, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within the nuclear / manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design & Strategy
– Develop comprehensive architecture solutions aligned with organizational goals and technology strategies.
– Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across projects.
– Lead the transition from monolithic applications to microservices-based architectures, including containerization.
Cloud & Integration
– Architect and implement Microsoft Azure solutions for scalability, reliability, and security.
– Design and manage APIs for seamless data integration across multiple platforms.
– Oversee integration of SAP solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Modernization & Optimization
– Upgrade legacy systems (Visual Basic 6, Centura, Gupta) to modern technologies.
– Implement SCADA and Pi solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
– Drive adoption of DevOps practices for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Data & Analytics
– Architect robust data platforms to support analytics and data-driven decision-making.
– Integrate Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to deliver actionable insights.
Technical Leadership
– Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams on modern frameworks (Angular, React, .NET, SQL).
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
– Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, processes, and standards.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
– Minimum 10 years in solution architecture and design, with proven leadership in large-scale projects.
– Microsoft Azure, API management, integration platforms, DevOps, SCADA systems, Pi solutions.
– Architecture patterns : microservices, MVC, and containerization.
– Modern frameworks : Angular, React, .NET, SQL.
– Legacy system modernization and enterprise integration.
– Experience in nuclear or manufacturing industries.
– Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SAP Certification, CCSP, or similar.
