Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- At least five years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in a unionized environment.
- Good knowledge of provincial and federal laws.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to Montreal.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
