District Overview & Location
Kiewit’s Western Canada District is headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia. We primarily perform heavy civil projects specializing in earth moving, transportation, roadways, bridges, marine, and water resources. Our teams build projects across Western Canada and the USA, so a passion for travel and adventure is a must-have. Immediate openings will support construction for projects in Squamish or Prince Rupert.

Responsibilities
Project planning and execution : Assist in developing work plans, schedules, and budgets for marine construction projects.
Technical oversight : Provide engineering support for marine structures, including design interpretation, constructability reviews, and quality assurance.
Field coordination : Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and craft workers to ensure safe and efficient execution of construction activities.
Stakeholder communication : Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and resolve technical issues.
Safety and compliance : Uphold Kiewit’s safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements specific to marine construction.
Problem-solving : Identify risks, propose solutions, and support continuous improvement in project delivery.

Compensation : $100,000 / yr -$131,000 / yr
