Your team

Under the supervision of the Principal Director of Marketing & E-Commerce, you will be part of a team made up of innovative, dynamic, and passionate individuals.

You will work from our offices located in Montreal and collaborate with your colleagues based in Trois-Rivières and Quebec City.

Your responsibilities

• E-commerce Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
• Management of Technological Solutions : Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of technological solutions and e-commerce platforms.

Evaluate new technologies, tools, and software applications to enhance e-commerce capabilities and optimize operational efficiency.

Collaborate with external vendors to ensure stability, scalability, and security of the e-commerce infrastructure. Manage the budget and resources allocated to technological investments, ensuring alignment with business goals and needs.

• Product Catalog Management : Collaborate with product teams to optimize the online product catalog, ensuring the accuracy of product listings, prices, and availability.
• Conversion Optimization : Implement strategies to increase website conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and improve overall customer shopping experience.
• Digital Marketing : Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media strategies, SEO, and social media, to increase traffic and sales.
• Customer Experience : Prioritize customer satisfaction by optimizing the online purchasing journey, providing excellent customer support, and addressing customer feedback and concerns.
• Inventory and Supply Chain : Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Analysis and Reporting : Use data analysis tools to monitor website performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and results.

Your know how

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, particularly in the fashion industry;
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices in online retailing;
• Proficiency in data analysis and e-commerce analytics tools;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, media strategy, email marketing, and social media.
