Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Property Administrator to join our client's office team in Calgary, AB. In this position you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail and commercial properties. Working closely with the Property Manager and a small, collaborative team, you'll ensure seamless financial and administrative processes while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal departments.

- Pay Rate : $28-$35 / hour (based on experience)
- Location : Downtown Calgary (Hybrid - 4 days in office, WFH Fridays)

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and arrears follow-up.Review rent rolls and assist with tenant billing, rent adjustments, and reconciliations.Coordinate service contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting processes.Dispatch and track maintenance and security requests to ensure prompt resolution.Maintain tenant files, documentation, and communication logs.Collaborate with accounting, leasing, and legal teams to ensure data accuracy and complianceQualifications :
