  • Manage and oversee the complete construction process of residential high-rise projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
  • Coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, inspections, and progress tracking.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, ensuring all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Monitor daily site progress, addressing issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure all subcontractors and trades adhere to safety regulations and construction specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any technical challenges.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications, provincial workplace regulations, and company health and safety standards.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on high-rise residential buildings.
  • College diploma in a construction-related field is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSI Divisions and construction trades.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and delegation skills.
  • Solid understanding of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with provincial workplace compliance regulations.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings , blueprints , and equipment specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Superintendent to oversee the full-cycle development of residential buildings exceeding 15 stories.
