Superintendent
Looking for a commercial Site Superitendent in Edmonton. This role involves coordinating field work, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Minumum of five years of verifiable experience in ICI construction is a must
- Worked on projects valued between $1m-$50m
- knowledge of construction scheduling, trade scopes.
- to read and interpret documents such as IFC drawings, site instructions, contracts, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure on-time completion.
