Role Description Site Superintendent Full-time Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Superintendent to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Site Superintendent at Bright Habitats, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will need excellent communication skills to assist in learning & coordinate with the team and our customers.

A few of your responsibilities will include :

  • multiple construction projects, including home additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and outdoor projects such as decks and gazebos.
  • with subcontractors, plumbers, and carpenters to ensure smooth project execution.
  • compliance with safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
  • leadership and guidance to a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • of 5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in new home construction and renovation projects.
  • organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • communication and interpersonal skills.
  • to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • working in a team-based environment.
  • Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation. Preference for candidates with access to a truck to transport materials to and from job sites.
  • to safety and adherence to safety procedures.
