Asa Corporate Governance Specialist you will ensure that the companyadheres to corporate governance principles ethical standards andlegal regulations.
You will work closely with the board ofdirectors and senior management to establish and maintaingovernanceframeworks.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Developand implement corporate governance policies andprocedures.
- Advisethe board of directors and senior management on governanceissues.
- Ensurecompliance with legal and regulatory requirements related tocorporategovernance.
- Monitorand assess the effectiveness of governancepractices.
- Preparereports and documentation for board meetings and shareholdercommunications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in law business administration or a relatedfield.
- 3years of experience in corporate governance or a relatedrole.
- Strongunderstanding of corporate governance principles andregulations.
- Excellentanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
- Strongcommunication and reportwritingabilities.
