We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join a modern, patient-focused practice in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and skilled in leading a front-office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily administrative operations and support the front desk team
- Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RCDSO standards
- Coordinate referrals and ensure prompt follow-up with patients
- Support practice growth through strong organization and leadership
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Office ManagerStrong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and proceduresExperience with Ortho2Edge softwareExcellent communication, organization, and team management skillsCompensation and Benefits :
