Orthodontic Office Manager – Barrie, ON

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join a modern, patient-focused practice in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and skilled in leading a front-office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations and support the front desk team
Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with RCDSO standards
Coordinate referrals and ensure prompt follow-up with patients
Support practice growth through strong organization and leadership

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Office Manager
Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures
Experience with Ortho2Edge software
Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Full-time, permanent position
