What You'll Do

• Accurately enter and transpose invoice and shipment data into internal systems
• Monitor internal communications and respond to incoming requests in a timely manner
• Track down missing documents and ensure complete files
• Generate accurate billing and invoicing for customs entries
• Back up reception duties and assist clients when needed
• Support the customs analyst team with data-driven insights and documentation handling
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold our service standards
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a strong accuracy rate
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional and friendly communication style, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
