Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities :
- Install, service, repair, and commission a wide array of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and large tonnage units, across commercial settings.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting to address and resolve complex HVAC system issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining effective and professional communication with clients.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records for all activities performed.
Requirements :
- Residency in Vancouver, WA, or willingness to relocate, with a stable work history in the region.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and dependable personal transportation.
- Significant experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining large-scale commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Factory training and certifications from major HVAC manufacturers.
- Experience with large commercial projects, including schools, hospitals, data centers, and office buildings.
- Familiarity with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards.
