Responsibilities :
- Installation, Maintenance, and Repair : Conduct efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Customer Service : Actively interact with customers, assess their HVAC needs, clearly explain the services provided, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety : Rigorously adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work is compliant with relevant codes and industry standards.
- Equipment Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of various HVAC systems and products, including brands like Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and Rheem.
- Documentation : Accurately complete all service-related paperwork or digital records, detailing repairs and parts used.
- Continued Education : Stay abreast of the latest HVAC technologies and methodologies through continuous learning and training.
Requirements :
- Local to Vancouver, WA, with a stable work history.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Clean driving record.
- Advanced field experience in servicing, repairing, startup, and commissioning residential HVAC systems.

- Factory-level training and HVAC certifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
