Job descriptionStrong technical knowledge of network, hardware, software, computer operating systems, protocols and standards. Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking and security. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Highly self-motivated and directed. Exceptional end-user service orientation. Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, information technology or related field. Five years of progressive experience in an IT management or leadership role. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered. A satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Intervention Check. This would be the financial responsibility of the successful candidate. Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments is an asset. CISSP or equivalent certification is an asset Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. About the Role
CASA Mental Health is seeking a dynamic Manager, Information Technology (IT), to oversee our IT operations, ensure that our infrastructure can grow seamlessly with our business needs, and spearhead our transition to cloud-based services. The Manager, IT, will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within the organization.
The Manager, Information Technology, will :
- Lead daily IT operations, ensuring systems and services are reliable, secure, and well supported.
- Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender).
- Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure, networking, and endpoint environments.
- Ensure strong cybersecurity practices, including access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, and security awareness.
- Manage end-user support services and improve service delivery and documentation.
- Partner with leaders and staff to understand technology needs and recommend practical solutions.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and licensing.
- Track and manage IT budgets, assets, and renewals.
- Support technology projects and organizational change initiatives.
