Responsibilities : Salesforce Design / Functional Analysis
- Working with PHSA and stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos
- Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders
- Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback
Salesforce Administration / Support
Configuration and automation of complex business processesConfiguration of reporting and dashboardsEnsuring the system running efficientlyMonitors new releasesUser access managementSecurity managementData management and facilitating data governanceProviding user supportProviding user trainingWorking with stakeholders to gather requirements for new processesProactively monitoring Salesforce environments (e.g. production orgs, sandboxes)General Salesforce org maintenance, including adjusting configuration to ensure the smooth integration of new Salesforce releasesInstallation and testing of Salesforce apps in lower environments and in ProductionRequirements :
6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst4+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration and supportExperience working in either public sector (e.g., Ministry, Crown Corporation, or healthcare) in a Canadian jurisdictionExperience filling critical roles on large, complex projectsExperience working in cross-functional Agile teamsExposure to various Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions), as well as a variety of AppExchange productsIf you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
