Make an impact with our Accounting Services team as a T1 Seasonal Admin Support. This diverse team of professionals performs a variety of duties in support of our firm’s business operations. As a trusted advisor, you’ll identify challenges, problem solve and drive efficiencies while contributing to the success of our firm and our clients.

This opportunity is for a term, ending May 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Tax email inbox
• Update Personal T1 program
• Email electronic personal tax return packages to clients
• Assemble client's personal tax return packages and records
• Prepare client packages for mail out
• Other tax related and / or administrative responsibilities as assigned
