We are seeking someone with over five years of industry experience , along with strong client relationships they can leverage.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Development : Identify new business opportunities by understanding potential clients' staffing needs.
- Deal Closing : Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts and establishing partnerships .
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong client relationships , ensuring long-term success.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
- Market Insight : Stay ahead of industry trends to position us as a leader in the staffing sector.
Qualifications :
- Proven Industry Experience : Minimum of 5 years in the temporary staffing industry or related field.
- Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets .
- Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Full-Time Availability : Ability to work in-office and collaborate with the team.
- Results-Oriented : A passion for meeting targets and exceeding expectations .
