About the Role
A client is seeking a skilled 3D animator to create a high-quality, realistic animation of a beverage can interaction. This short-form animation project focuses on detailed product physics and material deformation, requiring expertise in realistic object animation and material rendering.
Responsibilities :
- Create a photorealistic 3D animation of a beer can opening sequence
- Animate detailed mechanics of the can tab movement and seal breaking
- Develop realistic metal deformation for the can crushing sequence
- Ensure proper lighting and texturing for metallic surfaces
Requirements
- Proven experience in 3D product animation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic object animations
- Expert knowledge of material physics and deformation simulation
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
- Experience with metallic material rendering and lighting
- Understanding of real-world physics and object behaviour
