- Experience in Agriculture or in a Nonprofit Board
- Experience in Social Media and Public Relations
- Passion for Agriculture
- Sponsorship experience
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Agriculture Industry
- Exceptional problem - solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with board and members across Canada
- Supreme time management skills, ability to work from home, multi - tasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude, ensuring the accurate, complete, and on - time delivery of desired outcomes
