Under the responsibility of the Director of Sales (Central and Eastern Canada), the position holder fulfills the responsibilities linked to sales and representation of his territory.
Main duties and responsabilities :
- Is responsible of the territory growth, sales budget and business management of the designated territory consistent with corporation objectives through special presentations of current and new products on the market ;
- Is responsible for representing the company with various potential customers (distributors, consulting engineers, industrials, architects, installers) ;
- Is responsible for product training, communications with clients regarding technical matters on products, does complaint resolution and influences buying decisions of the customers ;
- Is responsible to present a written report to the management on the activities of the territory and provides market intelligence ;
- Does cold calls activities or market solicitation on a regular basis ;
- Responsible to provide company with feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas ;
- Participates in the development of new products with the Product Managers ;
- Does any other related tasks.
