Location : Woodbridge, ON (100% In-Office)
Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent
Benefits : $2,500 Health Spending Account
Vacation : 3 Weeks
About the Role
Fuze HR Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in the Woodbridge area to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager.
This is a standalone HR leadership role with full ownership of the function. You will lead, build, and scale HR systems while acting as a trusted business partner to leadership and employees.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact.
If you are looking for a narrow, purely administrative HR role, this is not the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation
- Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives
- Manage employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Plan and coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs

Required :
5–7+ years of progressive HR experienceExperience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business PartnerManufacturing or industrial environment experienceStrong knowledge of Ontario employment legislationExperience managing HR as a standalone functionHands-on experience with payroll and benefits administrationPreferred :
CHRP / CHRL designation (or working toward)Experience in high-growth organizationsHR systems and process implementation experienceKey Competencies
