Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee day-to-day material flow, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in the KWC region .

Pay - $70-$90K

Key Responsibilities

Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and line-side delivery

Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and Just-In-Time (JIT) requirements

Lead and support logistics associates, forklift operators, and material handlers

Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and storage optimization

Collaborate with production, planning, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve material shortages

Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and company policies

Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and freight costs

Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of logistics or materials experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment

Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain processes

Experience with ERP / MRP systems and inventory management tools

Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Work Environment

Automotive manufacturing facility

May require shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed
