Food Service Supervisor
We are currently looking a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to standards in their establishment.
If you have strong leadership and hospitality skills, we'd like to introduce you to this supervisory role.
Requirements :
- Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks :
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
