About The Role

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the UI / UX Lead , you'll be creating intuitive, elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent design standards.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

What You Bring

Compensation : $80,000-$100,000 USD per year; $75,000-$90,000 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week .
