This position leads the workflow strategies for efficient and effective receipt, storage, and transportation of beverage alcohol products in Saskatchewan.
This position is responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment and addressing human resource management issues.

As the Manager, Inbound Logistics, you will report to the Director, Supply Chain and Distribution or their designate.
Your primary responsibility will include : Develop and administer effective warehouse operating procedures and policies designed to reflect warehousing techniques for cleanliness, safety, and storage of the inbound receipt of goods at the Distribution Centre.
Responsible for the development, implementation, management and assessment of the Distribution Centre Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Establish and maintain efficient space requirements and configurations related to the effective execution of the assortment strategy.
Establish and maintain efficient space requirements and configurations within the warehouse. Ensure both the Union or Management Collective Agreement and the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations are administered correctly.
Establish and manage procedures for the effective receipt and storage of goods. Develop and maintain an effective stock rotation program.
Ensure all inventory adjustments and transfers are processed in a correct and timely manner. Prepare for and perform annual physical inventory counts.
Prepare and present both written and verbal communication and updates to colleagues and senior leadership. Ensure internal and external audits are performed correctly and recommendations are followed on time.
Management and supervision of branch staff requirements including hiring, performance appraisals, discipline, scheduling, and staff development.
Establish and foster a good working relationship with internal and external agencies including suppliers, the federal government, trucking association members and contractors.
Manage and participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving daily. Participate in various SLGA committees and projects required.

Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented, fast-paced environment with experience in building, developing, and maintaining strategic and effective working relationships.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills (including listening and presentation). Professional written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate teams to produce quality customer solutions and services within very tight time frames.
Strong team leader and member, able to mentor and develop staff and influence the performance of others. Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities including strong analytical and organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills such as negotiation and issue-management skills.
