Provide prototype inspection, assembly, and testing to Product Development Department. Carry out required testing as per test request.
Responsible for preventative maintenance, calibration, and cleanliness of all lab equipment.

Accurate, efficient, and timely completion of testing
Capability to debug and problem solve test set-ups
Maintain test, calibration, and preventative maintenance schedules
Clean and orderly lab facilities
Continuous improvement suggestions
Your responsibilities will be to :
Set-up testing parameters on testing stand and execute test as per request Analyze testing result and compile testing report
Inspection of prototype components : CMM and manual gauging
Pump assembly
Set-up equipment for specific test : fixtures, shafts, instrumentation
Run tests : Mechatronic, hydraulic, acoustic, durability, cold start, audits
Record information during test
Pump tear down analysis
Operation of data acquisition equipment
Provide test feedback to engineering personnel
Work in compliance with Johnson Electric FPS Quality, Safety & Environmental Systems
Our requirements :
College technician or technologist diploma or appropriate combination of education & relevant work experience
Understanding of pump operation and theory
Electronics background is preferred
LABVIEW skill is preferred
Understanding of instrumentation theory
Computer knowledge of MS Office, Outlook
Mechanical aptitude
Team player with a can do attitude
