Role Summary

Export Packers is offering a unique two‑year, full‑time NextGen Trading Program to jump‑start careers in sales and commodity trading. The program immerses participants in a fast‑paced, international business environment while developing the skills of the next generation of traders.

What You’ll Do

Foundational Learning – Logistics & Supply Chain

• Begin in our logistics department to understand how goods move domestically and internationally.
• Gain hands‑on experience in transportation, warehousing, documentation, and global trade compliance.
• Build core knowledge that supports future trading decisions.

Location & Work Setting

This position is based in a professional office setting in Brampton, Ontario. Work is primarily performed at a desk using a computer, phone, and other standard office equipment. The program offers a hybrid schedule with one day of work from home per week.
