Job Description :
Are you a seasoned Enterprise Architect with a passion for healthcare IT transformation? We're seeking a highly skilled Business Enterprise Architect to join our team to lead a significant digital health initiative.
As a Business Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the integration of a new Clinical Information Solution (CIS) within a complex healthcare environment.
Your role will involve :
- Solution Architecture : Developing detailed technical architectures, including system components, integrations, data flows, and technology stacks.
- Solution Documentation : Creating comprehensive documentation, such as SBARs, architecture definition documents, and roadmaps.
- Risk Assessment : Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the implementation and operation of the CIS.
- Data Governance : Establishing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and interoperability.
- Integration Strategy : Defining strategies for integrating the CIS with other systems and databases.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, EMRs, and other clinical applications.
- Architectural Skills : Proficiency in designing and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
- Leadership Skills : Ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Healthcare Experience : Experience working within the healthcare industry, particularly in New Brunswick.
- Language Skills : Fluency in French and English.
