Position Overview :

As an Integration and Strategic Initiatives Lead you support strategic initiatives and integration of newly acquired companies in a way that drives value to the organization.

You partner with business leaders to define strategic initiative / integration planning and oversee timely execution aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with business leaders to define complex strategic initiative / integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans and contribute to the removal of obstacles to ensure the successful completion of complex strategic initiatives / integrations
  • Support integration governance to ensure proper alignment, timely reporting and flagging of issues / risks to business stakeholders
  • Act as a cross-functional, cross-regional liaison to ensure effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration
  • Partner with the appropriate team to drive change management activities such as communications and training

Functional Competencies :

  • Expert knowledge of integration of acquired companies
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Expertise in change management principles and practices
  • Expert senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to solve unique problems with a broad impact on the business using conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
  • General financial acumen

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience working in global environments and supporting senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient oral and written English

  • Surveiller les progrès, ajuster les plans et contribuer à la suppression des obstacles pour garantir l'achèvement réussi des initiatives stratégiques / intégrations complexes.
  • Soutenir la gouvernance de l'intégration pour garantir un alignement approprié, des rapports en temps voulu et le signalement des problèmes / risques aux parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
  • Agir en tant que liaison interfonctionnelle et interrégionale pour assurer une communication efficace, la résolution de conflits et la collaboration.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe appropriée pour piloter les activités de gestion du changement, telles que les communications et la formation.

Qualifications :

  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans des environnements mondiaux et en soutien aux dirigeants seniors.
  • Licence
