ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as a Senior CRM Consultant – Microsoft 365 CRM (Azure). This role will be mostly remote but could require travel to Edmonton.

ROLE :   Senior CRM Consultant – Microsoft 365 CRM (Azure)

The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas :

MANDATORY :

• Technical Expertise

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Azure environments.

Ability to analyze business processes and design CRM solutions that align with goals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Insights & Journeys modules.

Design and implement Power Platform automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages) integrated with CRM.

Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, guiding them through complex CRM challenges.

Stay current with Microsoft CRM and Power Platform updates, Azure capabilities, and industry trends.

Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, Engineering), from recognized universities is a desirable criteria in our selection process.
