Description

Operational Leadership : Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurants within the region, ensuring consistent execution of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

Establish benchmarks for operational excellence, lead ongoing training and development for restaurant managers, and implement strategies that uphold high standards across locations, while continuously identifying areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning : Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the region.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership to assess market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and formulate action plans that align with company-wide objectives.

Adapt strategies as needed to respond to changing market conditions and guest preferences.

Financial Management : Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts for the region, ensuring each location meets financial and performance goals.

Review and analyze monthly financial reports from each restaurant, identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth.

Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure each location achieves sustainable profit margins and maintains fiscal responsibility.

Team Development : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area and District Managers, ensuring they support restaurant managers effectively and uphold company standards.

Provide ongoing leadership development, including coaching on best practices, team-building strategies, and operational improvements.

Ensure that all managers are equipped to drive results, foster a positive work environment, and inspire their teams.

Guest Experience : Champion a culture focused on delivering excellent guest experiences, tailoring services to meet local market demands and respond with timely, effective solutions.

Implement regular feedback mechanisms, including guest satisfaction surveys and social media reviews, to gather insights on guest preferences and areas for improvement.

Ensure that each restaurant fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the brand’s identity.

Compliance & Safety : Ensure all restaurants adhere to regulatory, health, and safety standards, implementing comprehensive policies to maintain a safe environment for both guests and team members.

Conduct periodic audits of safety and cleanliness, and work with managers to resolve any identified issues promptly. Stay up to date with industry regulations, ensuring that every restaurant consistently complies with legal requirements.

Brand Stewardship : Act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining high standards and reinforcing the company’s reputation in every location.

Ensure that brand identity, values, and messaging are communicated effectively at each restaurant, fostering a consistent experience for guests across the region.

Drive community engagement efforts, representing the brand at local events and developing partnerships that align with the brand’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years in multi-unit restaurant management, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Proven track record in overseeing 30+ units within a casual or fast-casual dining setting.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, P&L, and forecasts.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills, with the ability to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in scaling operations, driving sales, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
