Qualifications
- Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of clinical experience, including 1‑3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Completion of advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset.
- Passion for innovation, people development, and client‑focused care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, client‑centred clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes.
- Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization.
- Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency.
- Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth.
- Act as the clinic’s primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
