Responsibilities :

• Assist the Chief Accountant in daily tasks
• Participate in the accounting cycle for multiple companies
• Gather supporting documents for bank statements and credit cards
• Conduct bank reconciliations for all entities
• Manage credit card expenses for all companies and operations
• Contribute to expense re-billing
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes
• Analyze transactions and make necessary corrections
• Perform any other related tasks as required

Requirements :

• Excellent understanding of the accounting cycle
• Experience in multi-company accounting (strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience (mandatory)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Avantage software (an asset)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, versatility, rigour, and attention to detail
• Good judgment and absolute respect for confidentiality
• Ability to work quickly, independently or in a team, and meet tight deadlines
