Facilities Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Has relevant license or certifications, skills and experiences directly relevant to the job specification (property management experience, painting, plumbing, carpentry and renovations, pre-trades)
• Demonstrate practical abilities and general maintenance and working knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical and carpentry trades.
• Physically able to perform duties and responsibilities
• Must provide a clear Police Broad Records Check (Criminal Reference Check)
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (Class G) with a safe driving record
• Strong oral / written communication skills, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Computer competency (Microsoft Office)
• French language is an asset

Permanent Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9-5 PM

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE

$68,000-$74,000
