Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsabilities

  • Responsible for inventory control at two locations.
  • Review raw material inventory reports daily.
  • Receive all incoming raw materials and other items, print pallet labels, forward completed packing slips to purchasing
  • Perform quality checks on inbound material, and notify Quality control as necessary
  • Ensure that potentially compromised products are removed and placed in a secured quarantine area for assessment.
  • Process inventory adjustments upon approval : Review and validate all adjustments and documents as required.
  • Research inventory discrepancies and provide investigation results.
  • Operate an order picker, reach, or dock stocker to complete inventory counts.
  • Perform and schedule regular cycle counts.
  • Conduct incidental audits of orders and receipts including location audits to preserve the integrity of the Warehouse Management System
  • Review inventory reconciliation and receiving discrepancies and investigate discrepancies.
  • Ensure completed jobs have appropriate consumables assigned and depleted from inventory.
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

  • 1 2 years experience working in inventory control.
  • Min, 1-year experience safely operating a forklift.
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate with co-workers.
  • Must have a valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to interact with different levels of management and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and responding to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using computers : MS word, Excel, MS office, and MMS software.

Compensation

  • 45k 60k base salary (NEGOTIABLE)
