Job Description

Afternoons Shift positions : Monday – Friday 2 : 30pm – 11 : 00pm (5 X 8 hours)

Night Shift positions : Sunday – Thursday 10 : 30pm – 7 : 00am (5 X 8 hours)

If you are a Machine Operator with an attention to detail and have a proven track record of effectively working as part of a team to meet production deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment, are self-motivated, energetic and display positive enthusiasm toward being the best you can be, we are interested in talking with you.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all safety devices are in proper placement before operating any equipment
• Applies safe work practices in material handling and machine operation
• May set-up, operator, inspect and assess the general condition of equipment – reporting deficiencies immediately
• Ensures inspection gauges are in good state and include calibration sticker
• Continually perform visual inspection of parts for high quality and records applicable information
• Job tasks require constant manual dexterity with a high level of speed, precision and co‑ordination.
