Job description

Overview

Project Manager role at FCC / FAC. Manage medium-sized, moderately complex corporate-level projects that span across divisions and require strong project management skills. Lead medium- to high-risk projects with up to 10 stakeholders and a moderate degree of change management and executive visibility.

Project management expertise rewarded.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead detailed project planning, execution and closing activities
  • Manage stakeholders through projects
  • Manage risk to protect project success
  • Participate as a subject matter expert to ensure continuous improvement of the methodology, standards and processes used in FCC’s Project Management Office
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to sponsors, project team members, stakeholders and developing Project Managers

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex project details to stakeholders at all levels
  • What You’ll Need

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce and at least six years of business experience, including at least three years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • PMP certification
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to coach others in their application
  • You belong here
