SHIFT TIMES :
- Days : Monday to Friday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm
- Afternoons : Monday to Thursday from 4 : 00 pm to 2 : 30 am
- Weekend : Friday to Sunday from 3 : 30 pm to 4 : 00 am

Setting up and operate a CNC Precision Mill, Lathe or similar machineInterprets drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of specific machining operationsLoad and edit control media to optimize and / or correct machine performanceCalculates and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control elements.Through the use of precision measurement tools to verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications with tolerancesConduct routine maintenance on equipmentThe proper maintenance of the machine and housekeeping of their work area.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
TECHNICAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
College Diploma or Certified Apprenticeship program in General Machining, Tool & Die or Mould Maker preferred or Mechanical Technician DiplomaMinimum 2+ years of recent experience operating a Mill or Lathe to tight tolerancesProven knowledge interpreting engineering drawings and use of hand measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc)Ability to work in a high precision, fast paced environment.Job Description is attached to file.
StackTeck is still looking for 6 CNC high speed but they are now more focused with # 5 years of 5 axis highspeed milling and / or Roeders (type of machine) experience . If we can find someone with this experience it would be helpful.
The shifts are on the JD please review carefully.
The hourly rate will be based on individual experiences -from $26-33 (very top) and with the hourly pay the afternoon and weekend shift get a 15% hourly shift premium.
Example is they get $26 per hour plus the 15% they will earn $29.90 per hour. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.
