• Shift : Monday - Thursday 10 : 00 pm - 8 : 30 am or Friday - Sunday 7 : 30 am - 8 : 00 pm

Responsibilities

• Check, report, repair any and all equipment failures
• Job changes, tests complete to highest efficiency and highest quality
• Product handling equipment set-ups and repairs
• Grinding equipment repairs, Vacuum and loading repairs
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment to component level
• Installing equipment and auxiliary equipment as required
• Repairing of component failure (i.e. Hydraulic pumps, valves, Pneumatic valves)
• Fabrication of parts from drawings
• Repairing of Tool room equipment
• Rebuilding of equipment (i.e. Molding machines, Grinders, Pumps)
• Responsible for housekeeping in the plant interior and exterior
• Responsible for procedural plant shut-downs and start-ups
• Ability to operate new equipment
• Updating and keeping logs for all new equipment
• Maintaining files for equipment
• Must be able to operate tow motor

Qualifications

• 433a Industrial Millwright ticket
• 2-5+ years experience in a similar role
• Experience with CNC machines
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, laser glass printing
• Having experience within the Aluminum or Glass industry would be a definite asset
• General working knowledge of safe electrical practices
• Familiarity with power tools, grinders, cutting torches, welding machines
• Quick learner that is adaptable and team-oriented
