Job Description
Overview
The Private Chauffeur will be responsible for transporting the principal, family members, and guests to various locations in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
The Chauffeur should ensure the vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and always presentable. Additional responsibilities will include general light handyman work at the principal's residence.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and secure transportation to and from destinations.
- Plan routes to ensure the most efficient journey.
- Assist passengers in entering and exiting the vehicle and help with any luggage.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness both inside and out.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained properly and coordinate timely servicing and repairs.
- Be available on-call for unscheduled drives.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Abide by all traffic laws and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of travel, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and always demonstrate professionalism.
- Able to perform light maintenance at the principal's residence e.g. touch ups, changing light bulbs, etc.
- Perform various errands and deliveries as needed.
Requirements and qualifications
- A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas.
- Experience as a private chauffeur.
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with GPS devices.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and sense of initiative.
- Flexibility with working hours; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist passengers as necessary.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Requirements
A valid driver's licence and a clean driving record. Extensive knowledge of local and surrounding areas. Experience as a private chauffeur.
