About the Job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will support the firm’s digital marketing efforts by creating high-quality marketing collateral, with a focus on incorporating copy prepared by the broader team into eye-catching design.

As a member of the Marketing & Investor Relations team, you will play a key role in developing marketing collateral for Brompton’s website and digital campaigns, including, digital ads, emails, and social media content, designed to cultivate Brompton’s brand, increase awareness of our fund line-up, and aid investors and financial advisors in decision-making.

The ideal candidate is one who understands the importance of brand consistency and has a strong appreciation for visual storytelling and the fundaments of graphic design.

Should you possess skills in video editing, audio editing, and illustration, you will be given the opportunity to further develop those skills by consulting on or developing related projects.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Development and Portfolio Management teams to create compelling content for digital channels, including display ads, social media posts, emails, brochures, video, and other marketing materials;
  • Work with external developers to launch a new visually impactful, user-friendly website, focusing on enhancing engagement and overall user experience;
  • Format data, and text-rich information, such as graphs and tables, market commentaries, fund brochures and PowerPoint presentations into visually-compelling final deliverables;
  • Build on and expand existing brand guidelines;
  • Update digital ads, web content, and other marketing collateral on a monthly / quarterly basis;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices; and
  • Assist with additional projects and tasks as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, or a similar role;
  • Proficient with digital design software (Adobe Animate, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Google Web Designer);
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design through Pardot / Account Engagement;
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for engaging design;
  • Quick learner and advocate of new media, trends and technologies;
  • Understand best practices for file authoring and organization to facilitate collaboration;
  • Experience with WordPress an asset;
  • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) an asset;
  • Photography or videography background an asset.
