JOB SUMMARY :
In this dynamic, faced-paced environment, the Bill of Materials Coordinator is responsible for all Bills of Material s and working closely with the Engineering, Product Management, and Production Teams to ensure our products are being constructed in an organized and timely matter.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set up and maintain all parts in inventory masterfile, including part #, description, category, class, replenishment system, materials, drawings, etc
- Set up and maintain bills of materials for all manufactured / assembled parts, including routings, standard production / assembly times, drawings, etc
- Determine and maintain standard costs for all parts
- Determine country of origin for all parts and CUSMA qualification for all manufactured / assembled parts
- Issue and track Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for all changes to all parts
- Work closely with Product Engineers regarding all parts and all bills of materials, including materials, drawings, routings, etc
- Work closely with Product Managers regarding cost estimates for new parts
- Work closely with CNC Programmers and Production Planners regarding operations, ECNs, etc
- Work closely with Production Supervisors and Plant Manager regarding materials, standard production / assembly times, ECNs, etc
- Work closely with external auditors regarding standard costs
- Attend daily production meetings
- Prepare various monthly inventory and cost of sales reporting
- Assist with analyzing inventory levels to support achievement of working capital targets
- Other related work duties as assigned

Post Secondary diploma required in Engineering or BusinessExperience

The salary being offered for this position is $60,400-$75,500 per year .
