Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Sales Representative will be a valuable resource to the team and will be the primary point of contact for a large volume of accounts, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely follow-up.
What You Will Do :
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills both in person and on the phone
- Participation and management of Salesforce CRM tools
- Establish, meet and review sales and product budgets, sales results and strategic plans
- Provide support to further develop and maintain the sales territory
- Responsible for achievement of sales, product and market targets
- Gather and compile qualified market feedback
- Follow-up on sales activity with Branch Sales Manager
- Co-ordinate and report projects, over preset limit
- Regularly submit feedback to the Purchasing Department
- Complete, submit and follow-up on quotations
- Develop, review, and document new business opportunities (accounts and products)
- Assist with, and participate in, physical count of company inventories
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
What Will You Bring :
- 3-5 years of Sales experience (Inside and Outside Sales)
- Post-secondary degree or diploma specializing in Business Administration or equivalent
- Keen attention to detail and strong sense of urgency when required
- Dynamic communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- A proven track record of successfully maintaining accounts
- Client focused, professional and results oriented
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, Salesforce experience a great asset
