Role & Responsibilities - How You'll Make an Impact :

Organize the work of his production team (4-5 people) during his shift.

Manage priorities, assign work to the right resource in accordance with the skills list.

Support the Blue Collar team on technical aspects and processes.

Act as referent for production activities.

Contact Quality for direct inspection when necessary.

Ensure team wears safety equipment.

Qualities & Skills - What Sets You Apart :

• Minimum 5 years' experience in aeronautical assembly.
• Professional diploma in aeronautical structural assembly or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Manual dexterity with attention to detail and rapid problem-solving skills.
