- Coursework or training in human resources, Business Administration and or equivalent program.
- Demonstrated experience using Oracle PeopleSoft and applicant tracking system Deltek Talent Acquisition (E-Recruitment);
- Demonstrated experience improving / adapting business systems and processes.
- Experience interpreting, applying, and advising on human resources legislation, collective agreements, policies, and procedures relevant to Yukon government.
- Considerable experience administering pay, time, and leave.
- Experience providing training, guidance and mentorship to peer, subordinates, or clients.
Candidates who have education, training, and / or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
